Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac rehab patients from both Verdugo Hills Hospital and Glendale Adventist Medical Center can now benefit from cardiac rehabilitation services in one central and convenient location inside Verdugo Hills Hospital. This cooperative effort with Glendale Adventist Medical Center will afford patients from both hospitals the continuity of care needed to complete their cardiac rehabilitation while still under their physician’s care and treatment.

Patients in Verdugo Hills Hospital’s Cardiac Rehab Program work with exercise physiologists who customize a heart-strengthening program for each individual. Cardiac Rehab provides a safe and medically supervised environment for cardiac patients. As an added benefit, patients in the Cardiac Rehab Program form their own support network as they exercise side by side with others who have their own stories of cardiac recovery.
